Recommendations on courses

Hi Everyone, I’m starting out and own an airbnb and a flip at the moment, I was looking at Pace Morbys course after a lot of review it seems very good and great value, at $12k for the elite version is not cheap but it seems to offer great value.
I know a lot (or all) that info is free out there and I have spent the last couple of years researching and learning so I have a good understanding of all the various strategies around both on the buy and the sell side.

I have a problem in pulling the trigger on buying RE, when is that perfect deal coming along etc and I want to surround myself with people who are on an elevated level. I own several 7 figure business and am in the process of buying a small RE wholesaling company so it’s more about the value, the people and who I can surround myself with than just the money.

I know there are lots of people out there and lots of different opinions but any feed back on those courses or any suggestions is greatly welcome!
