So I just posted the exact same thing! Personally I’m tempted by the higher tier, yes all this info can be free etc but I’m wanting the connections, the other people willing to invest in themselves and the connections it brings. Be great to chat and learn more about your journey

Hi Everyone, I’m starting out and own an airbnb and a flip at the moment, I was looking at Pace Morbys course after a lot of review it seems very good and great value, at $12k for the elite version is not cheap but it seems to offer great value.
I know a lot (or all) that info is free out there and I have spent the last couple of years researching and learning so I have a good understanding of all the various strategies around both on the buy and the sell side.

I have a problem in pulling the trigger on buying RE, when is that perfect deal coming along etc and I want to surround myself with people who are on an elevated level. I own several 7 figure business and am in the process of buying a small RE wholesaling company so it’s more about the value, the people and who I can surround myself with than just the money.

I know there are lots of people out there and lots of different opinions but any feed back on those courses or any suggestions is greatly welcome!

Hi Everyone,

I am looking at buying a 15 SFH portfolio in Detroit, I wanted to do a DSCR loan (total purchase $852k) but most I can find say 1 - 4 properties, all the numbers check out and make it very viable. Does anyone have advice on a good DSCR lender in that area or know if this would work?
