Hello BP investors,

I haven't seen any recent postings about Pace Morby's Sub To Mentoship program and wanted to see if anyone can give their honest feedback about the program who's joined recently?

I noticed quite a few of the reviews were from dead accounts or 1 and done posters so I was a bit weary about the legitimacy. Being that the cost of the program is about $7800 (amount I gathered from other posts), I didn't want to to make a costly mistake. All feedback greatly appreciated.

Subto has been a real eye-opener for me.  I thought that subject to was a very risky method that very few people actually used.  The community has many many people who do all types of transactions and provide incredible support for everyone else. Pace teaches much more than sub to, though.  There are courses in seller finance, buying multi family properties, becoming a TC, wholesaling, becoming a lender (for any type of transaction), underwriting single and multi family properties, and much much more.  There is very little that is taught in any real estate mentorship that is not included in Subto.

Pace is totally dedicated to the mentorship.  We have probably 50+ hours of zooms every week, including several hours devoted to both role-playing and calling live sellers (provided at no cost by Pace).  There is an attitude of go-giving that is amazing.

I could go on and on, but I think I have given a taste of what is available in Subto.  I have been a member for over a year and am very happy with my decision to join.

I have been a subto student for just a couple of months. I have been trying to look into real estate for many years. For the first time in my life, I have learned way more than expected. The way he explains and teaches is incredibly easy, for beginners to the advanced. The fact that we can always refer deals to one another and ask for help, (and not feel embarrassed with stupid questions) is very comforting and inviting. Makes me want to work harder. Best of all we are assigned an MSA whos sort of like a guidance counselor. They make sure we are understanding and attending all the classes/videos, and they make suggestions on which videos to watch depending on our goals or what we are having challenges with. I love everything about the Pace Morby mentorship and yes its expensive but so is University of Miami. Lol i believe its worth every penny.

I know this is an old thread, but I also wanted to reach out to you and tell you about the Subto Community. Pace has created an awesome, go-giving community, which is where you'll benefit the most. Not only do you get the full creative course, but you also get a network of people who are willing to help you. There is also a variety of weekly zooms (and saved zooms) that give you a ton of knowledge. Though those are just bonuses from Pace and community members.

Pace's book "Wealth Without Cash" is also a great read.

I was very on the fence because I'm leery of mentorships, and the price tag isn't for the faint of heart. I reached out to my local REI (WAREI, baby!) and asked if anyone was part of it. I got some feedback, got on the phone with those people and asked if it was worth it. To a T, they all said "you can get the stuff for free on YouTube, but you join for the community and it is worth every penny".

That was enough for me to take a chance. I'm very glad I did. The support network is extreme. There are hours of zoom calls EVERY DAY helping people close deals. They cover every facet of investing, many of which I had never heard of.

I joined in June 23. My husband and I have been in real estate for 20 years. We own 3 commercial buildings and his group has accelerated our forward progress 10x. I have met the most incredible people in the Subto group. Pace is great. Gives away amazing content. He has no secrets. He is now launching a program to help buy businesses creatively. You can learn about buying anything subto with the proper paperwork. 

We are currently PMLs in 2 fabulous deals helping someone with a fix and flips. We have also found our business partner and friend that we would have never found with out subto. The community is beyond better than any online community we have been involved with. I whole heartedly endorse Subto and the community there. 

You can post on the Subto group and with in minutes have people who want to JV with you.

My friend bought a house in FL. While she is trying to get it up and running her mom died and subto people stepped up to help get the house ready for the new renters in her hour of need. 

Pace cultivates a culture of giving and sharing information freely. The price is just to weed out the knuckleheads as he would call them. Only serious people and 8800 is so cheap. The amount of content for education is massive. 

I just have to say. I love the program,. I love the community.

 It's an interesting mentorship that works for a lot of people.  The chief medium of the mentorship is Facebook.  This will be where you will reach out for help and network with other members.  You will see people crowd-source solutions and questions on nearly every subject imaginable.  There are daily Zoom calls on multiple different subjects.  These alone are worth the price of admission.  You can pop in and see someone live call a seller and structure a deal.  Many, but not all of these zooms are put in the vault. Pace adds a lot of new subjects all the time.  Right now he is doing a zero-down business buying VALUE ADD content to the program.  Part of the req to get that is to come here and review the program.  There are a ton of people getting a lot of value and getting deals done due to this program.  It's not a panacea and it's not for everyone but for the really outgoing who want to get with people to do deals and don't need heavy defined how-to-content will get way more value than the cost.

I've been investing since 2016, Fell flat on my face more times than I can count due to lack of community. I've wasted over $40,000 on mentorships that were absolute trash. They would have been worth it if they even provided 1% of the value Subto has provided me. When I joined Pace Morby Mentorship, I was skeptical, and It was not cheap. However, once I got access to the training courses and the Zoom Vault. I found out it was worth more than millions of $. They offer daily Zoom with different subjects, and the community is full of knowledgeable investors. It is a good source for networking as well. Also, They implement the Zoom vault with New topics often. It has been slightly more than five months since I joined, and I have learned so much about creative financing besides the traditional way of investing. The mentorship I signed up for is for lifetime access. Real estate is all about networking and continuous learning. The market is changing constantly, and we need to adapt to the market as well. Can't speak highly enough about the value you can get from joining Subto. I also looked at this posting before I joined and now I wish there were more feedback to say how it's a game changer. I've taken more action steps to getting to my goals than I did in just "learning" within BiggerPockets and I LOVE BiggerPockets too. I've created already 4 LLC's, Funded 3 Deals as a PML/PMP in just 3 months.
 The community that you get is just as invaluable, the modules where you really get in depth knowledge has been insane. Pace Morby continually unleashes more parts to the Mentorship, and now we're learning about Acquiring Business's. Never thought I'd be doing that - but here we go!
