Can't speak highly enough about the value you can get from joining Subto. I also looked at this posting before I joined and now I wish there were more feedback to say how it's a game changer. I've taken more action steps to getting to my goals than I did in just "learning" within BiggerPockets and I LOVE BiggerPockets too. I've created already 4 LLC's, Funded 3 Deals as a PML/PMP in just 3 months.
 The community that you get is just as invaluable, the modules where you really get in depth knowledge has been insane. Pace Morby continually unleashes more parts to the Mentorship, and now we're learning about Acquiring Business's. Never thought I'd be doing that - but here we go!
