Resources for pre-MLS Listings in Burlington/Oakville

Might be a pointless question, as I would expect many are in search of the same thing.  Anyone know of the best off-market listings for real estate (specifically in Burlington/Oakville etc.)?  Craigslist seems to have nothing.... .not sure if there's a private listing website I don't know about.
