I’m exploring Milwaukee + Ozaukee County Property Management Companies. Any recommendations? What do you like? Not like? How long have you been with a specific company? Upfront + % monthly fees?

We use Alex Kaster at Citywide Rentals who we are extremely happy with but if we didn't use Alex, we'd use Mike Baron at PMI or Ed Riggenbach at Welcome Home Milwaukee. I trust all of these companies and rates differ---sometimes it depends on how many properties you have.
