@Jacob Sherman yes cross collateralization. I’m learning on what nightmares some HOAs are (pending lawsuits/ no reserves) list goes on and on. Absolutely have to do your due diligence and my lender will require it. The last condo I had was in Bozeman MT and swore I would never do that again, but I’ve learned from that experience and my appetite has changed.

Looking to add a condo in the Miami market to our mid term term portfolio. Full review properties and solid reserves. This would be used by my family as well.

WI/MN investor. What type of financing options would I have. For example in WI I have relationships with WI commercial lenders that will lend me 10% cash 10% equity in one of my other properties. Resources/ opinions? Thanks. Dan

Thank you all for the responses!

Drew, I said nothing about shopping for the lowest price. Trust me, I get that.
I’m simply gathering information, insight.
on a side note and @Marcus Auerbach

If you had a crystal ball for a 15-20 year hold where in the Milwaukee area would you invest ( I have another 1031 coming up). Cheers, Danny

I’m exploring Milwaukee + Ozaukee County Property Management Companies. Any recommendations? What do you like? Not like? How long have you been with a specific company? Upfront + % monthly fees?
Thanks, Dan

Good for you taking the Leap Kevin. To much risk for me in those numbers but everyone has different standards.
