First investment in Milwaukee
Hey Guys,
My name is Roy and I'm investor from Israel.
I'm interesting to invest in Milwaukee area, but this area is new for me.
My strategy is buy and hold (mostly turn key houses) but I wouldn't object to a flip.
My criteria:
- single family house
- at least 3 bedrooms
- at least 1.5 bathroom.
- at least 1000 sqft
- blue collar area.
I have few questions:
1. I would like to understand what are the best neighborhoods that fit to my budget and my criteria.
2. I would like to know in which neighborhoods I should not invest in.
Any other info will be just great!
thanks all :)

I would say make it at least 1150SF (better 1200). And what is your budget criteria?
