Big shot out to PB…. I recommend this site to someone, somewhere, weekly, if not more.

Im currently looking for property in the Harambee and Riverwest neighborhoods on the EastSide. Nothing west of 43 please.

I'd like to connect with local wholesalers who can provide me with property options before they hit the MLS. If its on the MLS I've seen it.

What I’m looking for;

1-4 Family rental property

Partial rehabs

Complete rehabs

Foreclosures

Distressed properties

Package deals

I guess I’m open to anything really, except the newly remodeled, priced at the peek of the market properties. I’m looking for equity building properties.
