Property Manager Recommendations
I have a 4/2 single family home in Tacoma. I have had a pretty awful experience with my current property manager who forgot to put my previous tenant on a lease. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I feel your pain! I had my fair share of bad property management and horror stories— ended up managing my units myself. Nowadays with Stessa, Thumbtack, Turbo Tenant…you can basically do it yourself remotely without the hassle of dealing with sub par property managers. I’ve learned that most of my tenants are very easy to work with and communicate better than my old PM company.
That’s my experience so far!
