Seattle - Handymen Needed
Hello, looking for references to do the following within the Seattle/Shoreline area.
Work Needed...
- Pulling up old carpet and refinishing hardwood floors - Roughly 500 square feet
- Replacing exterior door to side of house
- Some remodeling of downstairs bathroom - corner shower install, putting up drywall, etc.
TBH a whole lot more work is needed. This is for my moms house and she is a non-believer of being able to afford rehabbing her home because she is not asking the right question of "how" can she afford it vs just saying she can't.
So I believe starting with the mentioned above can help motivate her into being able to afford the rest of the repairs on her home.
