Looking for Lakeside property recommendations.

Does anyone have a lakeside community they’d recommend for a reasonable 2-3 bedroom vacation property on swimmable water? Looking for within a 2.5 hour drive from Seattle, preferably with a boat dock and high rentability potential.  Price range $250k-$300k.

@Dave Skow , @Charlotte Casey$300k won't get much, but I've seen a few come and go. The lower price point will be far less rentable. Though perhaps land and an RV might be an option? I've had some friends go the VRBO route with something like that. Good luck!
