Suggestion for a lawyer to do LLC Entity Conversion from OR to WA

I have a single member LLC in Oregon. I recently moved to Washington and need to transition the LLC into Washington, while keeping the same Federal EIN. This is doable according to: https://www.sos.wa.gov/corps/Entity-Conversions-available-June-12.aspx

I do not understand all of the jargon associated on that page. It is not as straightforward as just registering an LLC which I can do. Any thoughts or any recommendations on who can do this for me?
