Greetings fellow BP Seattlites!

Wanted to quickly introduce myself - my name is Dylan Hoffman, and I've just set up a small LLC with a couple of partners. We are geared up and ready to start our real estate investing adventure. Since most of us are based out of the Seattle area, we figured King/Pierce county would be a great place for us to start.

The purpose of this post is mostly to say to hello, but also extend an open invitation to anyone willing to connect.  We figured the best first step was to start building an awesome network of like-minded folks, and BP seemed like a great place to start!

Quick context: we have a mid-sized (and growing) capital base, looking to start in the buy-and-hold arena, focused on MFH/SFH investments, but also pretty flexible depending on the situation.

Thanks everyone!  Happy hunting, and I look forward to connecting.

Best,

Dylan
