Hey guys my name is Nathan Gonzalez and I am a new member here on BP! I am in the Kent area but wanting to invest in properties in South King county. Very excited to be on this site with all the information it provides! Also I would like advice from seasoned investors in the field of flipping houses if any of you could help me out with that would be greatly appreciated!
