Wendell De Guzman I am also a newbie here in the Seattle area and this information has been very informative! Thank you for your help! I am interested in flipping and didn't really know using a business line of credit was even an option. I do have credit over 700 so I will be looking into this for funding some of or all of my first deal! I would also be very interested in knowing the name of the Business Line of Credit lender as well. If you could share that information with me that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
