Hey all, 

I just thought I'd share a program we have in Washington state that may help some people get into a property. 

It's a down payment assistance program that basically covers up to $10k of your down payment up to 4% as long as your income is under $92,000. It is essentially a 2nd mortgage on the property at 0% interest for 30 years. 

You have to attend a class to become certified for the program, but it's actually a really informative course.
