International New Investor Looking at Indiana for Buy and Hold

Hello everyone, I’m new to investing in general so any tip and advice would be very appreciative.

I am looking to start investing in the US, and have Indiana in mind since it offers a wide range of prices and being I don’t have a huge budget nor do I want to start off with a whole lot of money. I want to dip my feet in and go from there.

I am looking for buy and rent mostly. I don't mind BRRR properties either, but I don't know if I should start with that. I would love it if anyone familiar with the Indiana markets could help me out, and start connecting with you. Would love to connect with real estate agents, realtors, contractors, property management companies as well. I am contacting a few and am getting some good help, but I know I still need help.

Thank you in advance!
