@Basit Siddiqi thank you for the tips, I am actually contacting an investment attorney to make sure everything is documented and done right, but I very appreciate what you have said, and it actually generated a couple of questions I will ask the attorney.

@Daniel Guerra Thank you so much for the tips! I would like to ask if you know of any good property managements in the northwestern area? I have a couple of places and I would like to get a better idea about them.

Hello everyone, I’m new to investing in general so any tip and advice would be very appreciative.

I am looking to start investing in the US, and have Indiana in mind since it offers a wide range of prices and being I don’t have a huge budget nor do I want to start off with a whole lot of money. I want to dip my feet in and go from there.

I am looking for buy and rent mostly. I don't mind BRRR properties either, but I don't know if I should start with that. I would love it if anyone familiar with the Indiana markets could help me out, and start connecting with you. Would love to connect with real estate agents, realtors, contractors, property management companies as well. I am contacting a few and am getting some good help, but I know I still need help.

Thank you in advance!
