Smallish investor looking to share a Handyman / Quasi Manager?

Not sure if this is feasible or even makes sense, just kind of throwing it out there to get some perspectives or see if anyone has any value add or wants to discuss more.

I had a good handyman who recently moved out of state.  I probably have enough work at this point where I could justify 15-20 hrs/week of guaranteed work for someone, and wondering if there is anyone that either has someone they employ that wants to split their time or is in need of something similar.  I am looking for a handyman / maintenance person that can also help with some basic property management type stuff (e.g. posting notices, turning units, etc).  Hoping to keep the $/hr at $20-$25, but obviously cheaper is better.

Anyone out there in a similar situation or have any thoughts?
