Hey guys, like the title says, i'm looking for someone local who specializes in Real Estate Tax Deferral Strategies.  I'd like to look into options other than a 1031, so don't really want someone who specializes in those.

Thank you!

Not a flipper, but have flipped a couple houses and if I had a good handyman or go-to person I would much more inclined to move on those deals.  I have 16 units right now, and am looking to add 8-16 more over the next year or two (assuming I can find another deal that makes sense).

I have received a handful of responses through other channels that I am going to start interviewing, so if anyone is interested shoot me a message.  I'll also try and go to the next monthly meeting to introduce myself.

Not sure if this is feasible or even makes sense, just kind of throwing it out there to get some perspectives or see if anyone has any value add or wants to discuss more.

I had a good handyman who recently moved out of state.  I probably have enough work at this point where I could justify 15-20 hrs/week of guaranteed work for someone, and wondering if there is anyone that either has someone they employ that wants to split their time or is in need of something similar.  I am looking for a handyman / maintenance person that can also help with some basic property management type stuff (e.g. posting notices, turning units, etc).  Hoping to keep the $/hr at $20-$25, but obviously cheaper is better.

Anyone out there in a similar situation or have any thoughts?

Hey Jeff, just signed up here because I need to get more active in the local community.  Typically, how is the turnout?  I'm trying to rearrange something so I can make it.

Thanks!
