Mobile homes

Has anyone gotten in to buying up mobile homes and renting them out. I'm completely new to this so I'm wondering how it all works. Can I buy the mobile home where it is at and then do I just have to pay to essentially rent the land it is on?  Thanks ahead of time!!

@Brittany Critchfield Even if that is the case, you can talk to park owner/manager first and then buy trailer/mobile home from current motivated seller. Afterwards you can sell it with owner financing as long as new owner is credit worthy for park owner / manager and you (an investor). So instead of renting it out, you can do buy low, sell high with owner financing technique of mobile home investing.
