Rehabbing in Fort Worth

Jake Flosi
Posted

To all the DFW investors out there, welcome. I'm looking for a GC that can help with a construction bid on a house we're making an offer on. Who have you worked with and who would you be willing to/not willing to recommend? The house is in Fort Worth proper off of Hulen and I30. Will need full renovation and 400-500 square foot addition.

@Jason Sung most property managers should have contacts and ability to oversee a rehab project.
