Dear All,

I hope that this post reaches all German and Berlin memeber of this community.

TO start my post I would like to emulate the (much awkward) lovely podcast gimmic!

Quiiiiiiick tip!!! remember to set alerts on your local market so you can start inter-acting where you live.

I have been a member of BP for the last 12 months and have been staggered by the lack of the community in my local market.

Yes i know I have an excuse Im located in Berlin Germany (the most beautiful city in Europe to live).

I would like to somehow activate this community and connect with more local guys & galls.

You folks out there who have advice on the topic I would be delighted to here it.

Berliner & Berlinettes, come on! Please connect & reach out.

All the best to you & thanks for reading this far.

Hi Hugues,

sounds great. I am a fellow Berliner and also looking to be more active in the market. Would be great to connect with more folks from here.

A beer and some real estate talk. I am in.

Michael
