Anyone in Bris or Cairns, Australia want to discuss investing?

Hi Guys,

As some of you know I am in a very special and blessed situation where I live in Cleveland, OH. Work as a realtor and am heavily involved as a BUY and HOLD investor BUT at the same time I am an Aussie and I'm going home in Dec 10 - Jan 8 to check on my rentals in Brisbane and Cairns, QLD.

I was wondering if there are any investors in Brisbane or Cairns that want to talk about investments either Australian or USA. Having both experiences I can discuss the differences between USA and Aus investments, what I have learnt from my time working with @James Wise, being a landlord in Cleveland compared to Aus.

Always like to share a beer and investment stories. Cheers!
