SELF STORAGE investments

SECUR  self storage was founded around 2007 was one of the early entrants into

the self storage business in Germany and they built and converted buildings 

into self storage  to the best of my research they paid around 11 to 12 hundred euros

per Sq. meter to enter the business and last year sold to public storage for 

about 2500 euros per Sq. meter or a total of 66 million Euros Not bad especially

when you take into consideration that they entered during the worst recession in 

recent history
