Anyone else here use the Apple Numbers spreadsheet App to manage their REI info? If so, any useful tips for it?

@David Greene. I searched “Apple numbers app” in the forums after listening to your book “long distance real estate investing” on audible. Was hoping to find some examples of how you use the app. Anyone using this app to keep track of finances, ROI etc for their properties?
