Bell District project preps for 2022 groundbreaking in Cedar Park

The linked article highlights the development of this project for the heart of Cedar Park. This Northwest suburb of Austin has seen tremendous growth in the last decade and the city has been planning this project since 2014. Much of the highway has already been relocated to accommodate for the new space. In fact, there have been several interesting developments in the area including a million dollar home subdivision and a new Children’s Hospital being constructed as well. Not to mention a plethora of jobs and several HQs announced for the region. Definitely a strong corridor to watch for growth in the Austin MSA.
