February 2021 Housing statistics for the Austin MSA courtesy of ABoR.

Total number of closed home sales dropped slightly but home prices for both the City of Austin and the surrounding suburbs continues to rise.

Housing inventory levels remain low for the city of Austin and the surrounding area.

Median sales price for the Austin - Round Rock MSA is now $395,000

Median sales price for the City of Austin is now $491,000
