Dripping Springs reviewing 1,657-acre mixed-use project north of downtown

Massive planned mixed-use project in review for Dripping Springs, similar to Belterra for reference in the far west reaches of Austin, TX.

Historically, these developments have boded well for the surrounding area in overall growth as well as home prices.  Definitely worth tracking the development.
