Best free online tools for analyzing real estate properties
Hi everyone, I realize it only takes a quick web search to find online tools for analyzing real estate. I've seen many from DealCheck, Roofstock, BP, etc. However, I am curious which ones fellow investors find to be the most thorough and useful.

I have used multiple tools on the web but I feel being a BP Pro member has the best tools to analyze a property. And you can even create a PDF and share it with other investors if you want them to look at your deal and give you feedback.
I also purchased a SFH with Roofstock and used their calculators but I still feel BP Pro is better.
