Let me know if you found any!  I’m in the area and while I invested in other areas, I’ve yet to do this one but I have analyzed many condos here.

Oh, just a reminder again to NOT listen to these claims of rates going down.  We are well into the 7s. We won’t have rates go down anytime soon.

Don’t hold your breath. We will not see sub 6 anytime soon. And expect to stay high…..inflation. 8’s are next

Lots of wonderful suggestions and advice here.

You need to learn finance and how to avoid mishandling money again.

There is a forum that has tremendous insight and help.  It’s Myfico.com

I subscribe to it as I keep tabs of my credit score. Credit is everything!  I am sure some have done it with poor credit or mediocre credit, but there is something else about having high scores and most importantly, being fiscally knowledgeable and responsible.  No way in hell would I ever do business with someone that lacks this.

Good luck!

Where the heck are you getting information that the rates will improve in the next 6-12 months?!  I’m getting information from economists that we will see for sure 7+ if not in the 8’s!  No way we will see below 6.

Great question! I own few SF doors.  Last year I became passive investor to MF deal.  And now I’m currently looking into joining under Brad Sumrock.  I went to one of his seminars right before the shelter in place ordeal.  So I backed out.  But since then I’ve done a lot of research and some networking.  I’m now ready to make the jump to MF and sell a few of my doors to move that money to MF.  This has actually been a long time goal for me!

Ask a reputable lender and  they will tell you the percentage of people behind on their mortgage or in forbearance that they think will be in foreclosure.  Very little.
