Thoughts....opinions? Are people still actively buying? What do yall think .. is the Corona causing a change?

Disadvantage: Ends up sitting on the market - people aren't leaving their house = no action 

OR Advantage: Those who were ready to buy, are STILL ready to buy and not going to wait for this to end?
