Full disclosure on my end. We have been buying rentals over the last 4 years and I just wanted to talk about some of the areas where we are looking and see what other people like as well.

-I love Hutto especially with the new Perfect Game announcement.

-Big fan of Round Rock West and Cat Hollow for long term rentals but I try to stay below 175 on my price in these areas.

-Spicewood is still very affordable if you are out by Opies BBQ

-Kyle - One of the more affordable areas in the MSA

- Love Egger Acres Neighborhood and would love to buy more here if anyone knows of anything.

Hope this is valuable information.  TRE
