Anyone doing residential new construction in Austin?

I have been talking to a seller for a while now, who has a teardown property in an area where a lot of those narrow 2 story detached condos are being built. I've done several major renovations at this point but don't have a frame of reference for actual costs on a new build from the ground up, and have ended up passing on similar possible opportunities as a result. Anyone with experience willing to share it, or any references? Happy to return the favor in whatever way I can
