Short Term Rentals in Lago Vista?
I have some all cash clients who are interested in purchasing a vacation home/condo in Lago Vista.
They would like to STR it out when they are not using it and the goal would be to, at a minimum, cover the HOA fee, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. with the proceeds.
Expenses aside, does anyone know what the occupancy rates are for STR's in the Lago area?
