New to REI in Austin, introducing myself

Hi guys, made a post in the new members area but wanted to make one here as well. I have experience starting several small businesses (and closing some too - lol) and am looking to get into REI. I've done a lot of research and would like to find some people to speak with in the area. I've read through a lot of the Austin forum and will likely be reaching out to some people, but please feel free to shoot me a message too if you'd be interested in having a chat sometime, I'm mostly interested in flips and rentals - have read a lot of your thoughts on the Austin market.
