Working on pre-qualification
Just found Biggerpockets last week. Been reading up, starting to talk to people, and just put in an app for pre-qualification to see what financing might be available. Excited about the opportunity to move beyond our single rental house. Hopefully will begin looking for investment opportunities mostly around Austin soon. Assuming we can mange to pay the prices in dis market...
