Has anyone heard of New Real Estate Company?

Hi,

I am new to these forums and am interested in at the very least having real estate investing be a part-time gig for myself. I am in-between jobs right now changing careers and happened to stumble upon this internship. I applied then received an email from someone on their staff saying I needed to view some live webinars as part of their process. Does anyone know if this is common? I guess immediately I thought this might not be legit. This might be wishful thinking but was exploring the possibility of making some money learning about real estate investing while I also pursued my career as a software developer.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ryan
