hey folks- I am an out of state investor. Looking into several markets such as Phoenix, Raleigh, Miami in addition to Austin.

So far my preferred choice is Austin. I am looking to buy first property in Austin metro area in the next 3 to 6 months. My first property I am looking at a max of 400K and 100% Cash;

I am looking to put together a team of Agent, Property Manager. My goal is to build a long term relationship so that I could invest in multiple properties in the next 5 years in Austin.

Please let me know if you are Agent/PM willing to educate me and guide me towards my first purchase. Some day I might move my family altogether to Austin, but not there yet; :-)

thanks & have a good one!
