Hi,

Looking to rebuild a teardown. The property is currently 1100 sq ft. Any idea on cost for doing the rebuilding.

Thinking I could do a 3br/2ba or could do the same on second floor too.

Goal is to do short term rental. This is a multi family.

What kind of costs am I looking at?
