Any tips to request section 8 rent increase from FWHA

Hi everyone, I recently acquired a few multi family properties with section 8 tenants and as far as I can tell, the last landlord did not increase rent in over 5 years. Any tips and tricks on how the get the best outcome when requesting a rent adjustment from the Fort Worth housing assistance program?
