Builders risk insurance

I'm getting ready to start on a house in Denton and looking into options on builders risk.  Was quoted $500 (minimum) for 3 months.  Does this seem pretty accurate?  On previous homes we had been adding them to our commercial policy we have other homes on.  I know builders risk is the right way to do it but just wanted to get an idea on pricing.  1800sqft home.  Hoping to hold around 3 months.

@Kelly Courtney there are insurance programs build specifically for flippers where you pay month to month.  I will PM the info over to you.

It worth the 3 minutes it takes to fill out the online app to see where it comes in compared to your current options.
