Hi group, I have a friend (yes another friend, they should really get on BP themselves! Lol) who was willed a small plot of land in Arlington, TX. He wants to get rid of it but his realtor tells him its commercial. So he called a commercial realtor and they say it's residential. Can someone help us clarify please? Thanks! Here's the property: 8606 New York Ave. Arlington, TX.

Neighborhood appears residential, but you would want to clarify what Arlington has it zoned because that will make some difference.
