Hi group, I have a friend (yes another friend, they should really get on BP themselves! Lol) who was willed a small plot of land in Arlington, TX. He wants to get rid of it but his realtor tells him its commercial. So he called a commercial realtor and they say it's residential. Can someone help us clarify please? Thanks!
