I Need An Attorney in Dallas/Austin to Look at PSA

Hi BP Community,

I am close to having a multifamily property in Ennis, TX (South of Dallas) under contract. I will be getting the Purchase and Sale Agreement soon and would really like for a lawyer to review it. Does anybody know of someone good who can do this for me at a lower cost than what the larger 100+ unit multifamily deals cost? At this point I want to make sure I get good guidance for at a reasonable cost because the Due Diligence and Closing Costs are about to start accumulating.

Thank you

For a lawyer to look at the Purchase and Sale Agreement should not be more then $300.

To be fair, that is also assuming there are no additional issues that require clarification from the other end. $300 covers about 30 minutes with one review...
