I would like to know what are some of the biggest expenses Investors come across when purchasing and owning a property in San Antonio, TX. For example closing costs, average rent, HOA fees, taxes etc. With your help these figures will give me a realistic estimate of the costs and how to approach them intelligently. Thanks in advance.
