I would like to know what are some of the biggest expenses Investors come across when purchasing and owning a property in San Antonio, TX. For example closing costs, average rent, HOA fees, taxes etc. With your help these figures will give me a realistic estimate of the costs and how to approach them intelligently. Thanks in advance.

@Joseph Cacciapaglia Yeah, I was thinking about the down payment and closing etc, and I was wondering if raising money through deal sourcing was a possible means of doing that. If deal sourcing is not possible, while networking I can ask my family if all else fails and even if that fails I'll still keep networking until one pulls through. It will be hard, especially being a citizen of another country, but that still won't stop me. Thanks so much for your help Joseph. When I come to San Antonio again I'll definitely give you a shout out.

@Joseph Cacciapaglia I'm a 20 yr old Jamaican who is almost finished with college, and I'm determined to not join the rat race. I've seen many people around me suffocate under the pressure of their jobs and I don't want that. Therefore, I'm looking to start my investing in small multi-family properties with no money or with other people's money.

Hi everyone, I'm a young investor looking to start my portfolio in San Antonio, however I'm from another country and I am very unfamiliar with the landscape and most of the terms used to acquire properties. I'm looking for a proven investor to guide me on how to get started or point me to those who can. Thanks
