New to S.A. What is your favorite REI group in the area?

Hello fellow investors and hopefuls. I am new to the area and have found several different real estate investing groups. I wish I had time to join all of them but I don't . Is anyone a member of one of these or have any experience/ recommendations. SAREI, Alamo REIA, San Antonio Real Estate Networking Club or any others that I should be looking into.

Also should probably throw out a little about me. I am interested in possibly doing some flips or BRRRR. I have done some buy and hold in the past and will continue that as well. Open to JV's as well with the right people (more capital than time for me at this stage).

Looking forward to connecting and sharing ideas with anyone who's interested.

@Chris Bodden welcome to SA! I occasionally go to the Alamo REIA. I prefer the smaller groups, @Rick Pozos has a good group.  My broker along with Texas Quest Capital have one the first tuesday of the month, it's super low key but a good place to meet folks and learn what people are doing.
