@Joshua D. - I have talked to them as well. Actually I talked to 6 different multi family mastermind groups. I don't know if theirs is too good to be true and actually I think the fact that they have the VA system set up to work on leads for you is a huge plus. Would love to hear if you ended up giving them a shot.

@Noah Bacon - i signed up for one of the bootcamps have the receipt and everything but there was no information about how or when to access. Also it looks like I can just sign up again (seems like it should say "enrolled" or something like that), is the sign up system having issues?

@Stephanie Assi  - make sure you factor in all of your closing costs, holding costs, any fees for money/loans including both for the initial hard/private money costs as well as the cost to do the refinance part. Also keep in mind you will have to pay for the utilities during the rehab, and if you will be using a PM roughly one months rent to pay for the initial placement.

@Matthew M.-

I know the provider you likely got this from. They do place almost exclusively section 8 in their rentals so the neighborhood described makes sense to me. Curious to hear how it works out for you. They have had  waiting list for several months now so hopefully they are not rushing through the rehabs.

@Stephen Fryer  @Matt Vukovich   this is a new market I'm exploring (Elkhart) would either of you mind sharing some of the highlights or why you have chosen this as a good market to invest in?
